Outline your post
An outline is more of a plan of how you’re going to go about writing the blog post.
Creating an outline should not take more than 5 minutes since it’s a fairly easy process. In fact, you don’t have to stress about it.
Simply go to your competitors’ blog posts and see how they’ve outlined their posts. Check out their H1, H2 and H3 tags.
If their content is outlined perfectly, borrow a leaf from their book and put a creative spin on what they’ve done.

Write the first sentence

Write an answer paragraph
To create some sort of flow in your post, you need to answer the question you posed in the first sentence.
If you made a statement, back it up with an answer paragraph.
Give readers a taste of what you’re all about. An answer paragraph doesn’t have to be long.
It just needs to bring structure to your post and reflect your thoughts.
When someone reads your answer paragraph, their first instinct should be to continue reading the entire post because you’ve awoken their curiosity.
They’re now excited to discover more about what you’ve promised them in your answer paragraph.
People hate it when they go to read your blog post and all they see is a block of text.
That’s why you need to have subheadings.
A subheading will divide your blog post into different sections that your readers will easily read.
One trick I use is to search for the keyword on Google. When you do that, you’ll find a section called ‘People also ask’
These are the questions related to your keywords that people are also interested in knowing about.
If you want to easily create your subheadings, turn these questions into H2 or H3 tags and provide answers for them.
Google will love you for it and so will your readers. That’s because you’re becoming a valuable resource to them.
